Ringer i vann har startet samarbeid med skoleutviklingsfirmaet Bats Inc. fra New Zealand.
Ringer i vann har gjennom flere år samarbeidet med Morgondagens Skola fra Sverige om å arrangere studieturer til New Zealand. I forbindelse med samarbeidsavtalen med Norsk Skolelederforbund har Ringer i vann nå også startet et formalisert samarbeid med firmaet Bats Inc. fra New Zealand.
Bats Inc. har sterk fokus på utvikling av skolen som en lærende organisasjon – noe som krever et helhetlig syn på utvikling og en forståelse for at en slik utvikling ikke er noe som en kan gjøre ved en «quick-fix». Et resultat av samarbeidet med Bats Inc. er blant en forelesningsserie om helhetlig skoleutvikling, lærende organisasjoner og vurdering for læring som vil bli arrangert en rekke steder i Norge i september / oktober. Denne forelseningsserien vil kunne bli fulgt opp med en spesialtilpasset studietur til New Zealand senere på høsten.

Bats Inc will challenge, motivate and lead development of strategies for an organization to take ownership of their own journey of positive sustainable change.
